In order to implement the instructions given at the meeting held on December 1, 2025 under the leadership of Mr. Jeyhun Jalilov, the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic organized online meetings with the executive authorities of Ordubad, Shahbuz, Kangarli and Sadarak districts.

The meetings were attended by the heads of the executive authorities of Ordubad, Shahbuz, Kangarli and Sadarak districts, heads of the relevant structural divisions of the ministry and executive authorities.

Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Acting Minister Azer Mammadrahimov, provided extensive information on the projects implemented by the ministry and subordinate agencies, the current situation, citizen appeals and current problems in the field.

The heads of the district executive authorities also made speeches and expressed their proposals and positions on the current problems related to telecommunications, postal and transport services in the region, as well as their solutions.

During the meetings, detailed discussions were held on improving the quality of services, strengthening inter-agency cooperation, updating infrastructure, and implementing operational measures.

As a result of the online discussions, specific instructions were given to the relevant agencies to eliminate existing shortcomings, further improve the services provided to the population, and ensure the timely implementation of the assigned tasks.
