Last year, about 140 thousand postal parcels were received or sent at “Nakhchivanpost”, which is subordinate to the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

Also, during the reporting period, the working hours of the central branch of “Nakhchivanpost” were increased. The goal is to further improve the level of service provided to the population and ensure citizen satisfaction. The Nakhchivan city central post office now serves citizens from 08:00 to 19:00, 7 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays.

In addition to the above, in addition to paying local municipal taxes, as well as paying the cost of gas, electricity, water, communication and internet services consumed by consumers, the central branch has also started accepting applications from citizens for telephone and internet subscriptions based on their applications. “Nakhchivanpost” is implementing important projects aimed at increasing citizen satisfaction, timely and safe delivery of mail, as well as the development of e-commerce.
