An event was held on the theme "The Digital Path of Post: A Bridge from Tradition to the Future"

On October 9, the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic organized an event entitled “Digital Way of Post: A Bridge from Tradition to the Future” on the occasion of World Post Day.

 

The participants of the event first visited the monument to the National Leader Heydar Aliyev in the main square of Nakhchivan city and took a commemorative photo.

 

The event, which continued in the meeting hall of the Ministry, was attended by employees of the Ministry’s Office and “Nakhchivanpost” Limited Liability Company. As part of the event, the dear memory of the martyrs for our lands was commemorated with a minute of silence and the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played.

 

At the beginning of the event, a congratulatory letter addressed to the participants of the event by the Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic - Acting Minister Azer Mammadrahimov was played, and then the speeches were made.

 

Aziz Humbatov, Head of the Office of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, employees of the Ministry Ismayil Garibli, Nazim Babayev and Azer Seyidov, Deputy Director of “Nakhchivanpost” LLC Sevinj Rzayeva, as well as employees Bulbultakin Ismayilova and Nargiz Bagirli made speeches and shared their views on the historical development path of the postal sector, the work done towards digitalization and future prospects.

 

A video clip reflecting the development stages of the postal sector, the transition to digital services and the achievements of recent years was also shown at the event.

 

On the occasion of the significant day, the new website and logo of Nakhchivanpost were also presented. A detailed presentation was made about the logo and site, and the participants were informed about their symbolic meaning and use.

 

At the end of the event, a number of employees who distinguished themselves with their activity and effective work in the postal sector were presented with honorary certificates, letters of appreciation and symbolic gifts.

 

It should be noted that the postal sector in Nakhchivan is developing in accordance with modern requirements, preserving tradition, and confidently moving towards a digital future.
