On December 18, Rashad Nabiyev, Minister of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan, visited the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
Jeyhun Jalilov, Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, and Rashad Nabiyev, Minister of Digital Development and Transport, visited the monument to the National Leader Heydar Aliyev in the central square of Nakhchivan city and laid flowers in front of it.
